Jennifer Wageman joined NOW CFO in 2013 and is a Partner in the Denver/Boulder, Colorado office. Jennifer is currently working on transactional services that support multiple private companies through their sale, including audit and due diligence preparation, financial modeling, and post-acquisition integration. She supports multiple technology companies through complex technical GAAP analyses and provides ongoing Controller and CFO services to non-profits, emerging technologies, and professional services companies.

Jennifer attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and holds a CGMA Certification.
